*All items special ordered are final sales. We may at our discretion take back an item if it is uninstalled and in the original packaging, subject to a restock fee and return shipping. Absolutely no returns on installed items.
**Defective Visual Comfort items must be returned with the original packaging. No exceptions. We highly recommend keeping all packaging until satisfaction with the item is confirmed.
